So I think most of you know by now that we'll be heading on a cruise to the Bahamas for our honeymoon.
I've heard horror stories about cruise food...how great it tastes, how they have such a variety, how it's available.....ANY TIME YOU WANT IT!
I'm not going to spend every waking hour fretting about how many calories I'm eating, but I also don't want to come back 15 pounds heavier!
Do any of you seasoned cruisers have any advice for me while we're away?
the most I have ever gained on a cruise was 2-3 lbs...and I eat ALOT. They have a great workout facility...but you may not want to put that much time into it...you are on your honeymoon :) So some things you could do are....take the stairs (our last cruise we only road the elevator once)...pick active excursions...and take a lap or two around the walking track each time you flip while laying out...also you will burn a couple extra calories doing other activities ;) Another thing...I don't eat quite as much during breakfast and lunch, but I pig out at dinner...I am talk two or three deserts sometimes :) They will bring you as much as you want...don't be afraid to try new things!!
